Following on from a thorough audit from the FORS team, we have successfully continued on with our existing bronze status.
Vacuum Excavation Fleet Compliance
The Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS) is extremely important to the PIER (UK) team as we continue to expand our Vacuum Excavation hire fleet. Providing over 30 Vac-Ex vehicles to customers throughout the UK, our team are on the road more than ever.
With increased road usage, we are fully committed as a business to thrive for high standards of safety and compliance. It is great to know that our hire fleet continues to meet the industry standards as we expand each year.
Construction Site Safety
Hiring our equipment on construction sites on a daily basis meant that our team has signed up to be a CLOCS Champion. The Construction Logistics and Community Safety scheme was established in 2013 following an industry report that identified that 55% of cyclist fatalities in London between 2008-2013 involved heavy goods vehicles.
