Pier (UK) worked with city contractors to expose gas, electrics, water and telecommunication cables, under a pavement in Liverpool.
The pavement needed to be dug up for new telephone cables to be installed, but with a number of lines already under the surface and street lighting and traffic lights on the pavement, vacuum excavation was the best choice to safely expose cabling with minimum risk of disruption.
In just one day’s work, the vac-ex exposed ductworks using suction excavation, for the installation contractors to install new lines on schedule.[cta id=”4019″ align=”left”]
