Sean Quinn

Managing Director

Sean set up PIER (UK) in 2001 after several years of experience with other sub-contractors carrying out drainage contracts across the United Kingdom.

Sean saw an opportunity in 2012 to become the UK’s leading providers of vacuum hire and succeeded in that ambition in 2015. Today, PIER (UK) continues to be the UK’s leading provider in Vacuum Excavation Hire under Sean’s stewardship.

Karolina Kuczynska

Joint Managing Director

Karolina joined as Office Manager in 2020 before accepting a promotion to General Manager a year later. In this role Karolina oversaw the introduction of several development projects that have improved the company’s overall efficiency and service to our customers. Due to her success in the role, Karolina was promoted to Joint Managing Director in March 2022.

Brian Doran

Sales Director

Brian joined PIER (UK) in 2009 as a Sales Executive and following a successful 5 years, Brian became the Sales Director in 2014. Since that time, Brian has played a key part in the successful growth of the company, helping to educate our key markets on the benefits of vacuum excavation.

Majella Hughes

Finance Director

Majella joined us in 2002 as Office Manager, helping the day to day running of the business. In 2012, Majella became Finance Manager before promotion to Finance Director in 2014. Majella is responsible for financial control, financial reporting and financial planning and analysis for the business.
