PIER (UK) are delighted to announce that the team have been accredited with FORS and Achilles BuildingConfidence for another year!
Firstly, we have successfully renewed our Achilles BuildingConfidence. As an accredited member of the scheme, the 2016 renewal is a welcomed acknowledgement of our continue business compliance.
We have also been awarded Bronze under the FORS Road Safety Scheme. As PIER (UK) have the largest Vacuum Excavation hire fleet in the UK and Europe, being recognised for our safety on the roads is extremely important to us.
As a business, we pride ourselves on our on-site and best working practices, so these 2 additions to our already vast accreditation database highlight our ongoing commitment to work safely throughout the UK. The entire team are delighted to have received FORS and Achilles BuildingConfidence accreditations once again.
Having worked with utility, civil engineering and construction companies for over 15 years, we understand how important on-site safety is for your colleagues and ours.
Our operators have a range of certifications to ensure best practice on sites, actively monitored by our dedicated Health & Safety Manager for proactive refresher training and new techniques. After completing extensive equipment training, each operator completes CSCS as a minimum standard.
