Our Vacuum Excavation vehicles are magnificent pieces of equipment. Not only do they carefully excavate the ground to expose underground services, tree roots or to assist with clearance works, but they also double up as a skip.

How does the skip work?

The material excavated is sucked into the main Vacuum Excavation chamber and stored in the built-in skip. The material will then be unloaded onto an allocated place on-site.

It is a nice, clean operated with 42 filters cleaning the air in the chamber before it is released back outside.

Want to see the built-in skip in action? Watch the below video.

As the industry leaders in Vacuum Excavation, PIER (UK) will listen carefully to their customers’ requirements and provide a solution that is suitable for the job at hand.
